Classic.

When it comes to cookies, I find it difficult to beat the classics. My go-to cookie has always been oatmeal chocolate chip. The oatmeal gives them a nutty, hearty flavor and the perfectly chewy texture is unmatched. I always follow the Quaker Oats recipe that is printed right on the lid, because I mean hey, Quaker knows oats. 

I must admit- I always use chocolate chips instead of raisins.
